Covering the communities of Westbrook, Gorham and Buxton.

Hi everyone,

It's another very busy week here at the Maine Trust for Local News as we work hard to verify and report the activity of federal immigration enforcement throughout Maine. The reporting we've done would not be possible without our readers, who have shared their observations of ICE and sent their thoughts on immigration operations.

I am again inviting you to reach out and give your feedback, whether you want to share a tip,  leave a comment with your opinion on ICE activity in Maine or ask a question.

And I want to remind you that you can find all of our immigration coverage here for free
