As a graduate of Kennebunk High School, I was always proud of my school. We were known to have great teachers, innovative courses, and ample opportunities for students. I learned a lot at KHS, and my experience in the district set me up for a successful future.

RSU 21 is still a good school district, but it has gone through a tumultuous few years, resulting in resignations from several school board members. Now, it seems like the district is back on an upswing, with over 10 community members submitting their applications for a spot on the school board.

In this week's newsletter: Read about the two new interim school board directors, updates to downtown Kennebunk, and the latest RSU 21 budget proposal.

As always, feel free to email me with story ideas and photos!
